Rubicon Law is pleased to announce that we acted as the Singapore legal advisor to Código 1530 Tequila (“Código 1530”) in the acquisition of a majority stake in it by Pernod Ricard USA, LLC (“Pernod Ricard”) in the last quarter of 2022.

We have had the pleasure of acting for the shareholders of CMTi Pte. Ltd. (“CMTi”) in the sale of their significant interest in CMTi to the Storskogen Group (“Storskogen”), which was completed on 3 October 2022.

We are pleased to announce that we have acted for The Great Room Pte. Ltd. (“The Great Room”) and its key shareholders in the acquisition by the Industrious group (“Industrious”) of 100% of the shares in The Great Room. The acquisition was completed in May 2022 alongside Industrious’ acquisition of Welkin & Meraki, a Europe-based premium workplace brand, as part of Industrious’ bid to expand across Asia and Europe, at approximately USD$100M in aggregate for both transactions, paid in cash and stock.
