Rubicon Law acted for Clay Capital in Eratani’s Series A Funding Round

Rubicon Law is pleased to announce that it had acted as deal counsel to the shareholders of Poon Resources Pte. Ltd. in the sale of their shares to Komeda International Holdings Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Komeda Holdings Co., Ltd. which is a company listed on the Tokyo and Nagoya stock exchange.

Rubicon Law is pleased to announce that it had acted as deal counsel to the founders and shareholders of Techcom Technology Pte. Ltd (“Techcom”) in the sale of their majority stake in Techcom to the Engtek Group, a portfolio company controlled by Prime Movers Equity, through its wholly owned Malaysian subsidiary, TYK Capital Sdn Bhd.
