Rubicon Law is pleased to announce that it had acted as Singapore Counsel to TMD Energy Limited (“TMD Energy”) in its successful initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the NYSE American on 21 April 2025.

TMD Energy is a Malaysia and Singapore-based provider of integrated marine bunkering services and is the first Malaysian marine bunker supplier to be listed on a major U.S. exchange.

TMD Energy is a part of the acclaimed Fortune Southeast Asia 500 company Straits Energy Resources Berhad which is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and mainly specialises in oil trading and bunkering but is also involved in a diversified portfolio of shipping-related businesses.
