Rubicon Law has acted as deal counsel to Integra Partners, the lead investor in the Series A funding round for Kozystay Pte. Ltd. (“Kozystay”), a tech-enabled hospitality start-up managing high-end short-term rental properties based in Indonesia. Kozystay converts underutilised properties throughout Indonesia into income-generating rental apartments, villas, and aparthotels with its tech-driven approach and asset-light business model.

The Series A round also saw participation from Cercano Management and Intudo Ventures, with Cercano Management increasing its commitment to Kozystay following its participation in Kozystay’s seed funding round. The funding will enable Kozystay to acquire BaliSuperHost, a villa management firm in Bali and expand its managed portfolio to more than 1,000 properties across Indonesia to become one of Indonesia’s largest short-term rental management group.
